CV and LinkedIn Diagnosis & Treatment

How recruiters view you as a candidate makes all the difference to whether they decide pick you as an ideal candidate for the role they are looking to fill, AND they make this determination within moments of coming across your CV and LinkedIn profile.

In this package you will have a true and honest diagnosis of how your CV performs against industry and role specific standards and how to make the necessary changes so that you standout as a top candidate.

Your CV and LinkedIn profile will be optimised to showcase the exact highlights in your experience and expertise that recruiters are looking for and to help demonstrate the real value you have to add to a new organisation.

This is a bespoke and real time coaching with 2x 45 mins 1:1 sessions so you can also learn how to keep your profile relevant and updated.

It includes 2 revisions of your CV and LinkedIn profile for real optimisation.

This comes with the Clarity & Career Strategy (1x 1:1 session) and the CV and LinkedIn Diagnosis and treatment 2x 1:1 sessions).

It also includes 1x 90mins Job search strategy to help you find the right roles to apply for and to ensure your relevant experiences and career achievements match the requirements of the roles so that you can apply for jobs with confidence and high chance of securing interviews and offers.

This package is a total of 4x1:1 career coaching sessions.

"Securing The Bag

This includes:

-The Clarity & Career Strategy Session (1x 60mins 1:1)

-The CV & LinkedIn Diagnosis and Treatment session (2x 60mins 1:1)

-The positoning for 'The Bag' session (1x90 mins 1:1)

It also includes 1x 90 mins session to support in completing maximum of two job applications together, including making sure your CV and application form reflects the skills required for the role and a bespoke cover letter to increase your chance of an interview and offer.

Plus 1x 45mins Interview preparation session on how to showcase your expertise and answer interview questions to get you a job offer, and how to negotiate your salary.
